Food will be prepared by 3 Swiss Chefs residing in Southern Vermont.
Menu will include Grilled knockwurst, Bratwurst, sauerkraut, onion sauce, Raclette melted over wood fire, cornichons, potato salad, carrot salad, beet salad, Ans's famous apple fritters and soft drinks.
$20.00 for adults $10.00 for children under 14.
Beer and Swiss wines will be available. Or you may bring your own drinks.
Play bocce, swim in the river, or enter our version of a William Tell competition, suggestions and help are welcome. Enjoy the Bonfire and lampion parade after the sun sets. Bring you canton flag and lampions if you have them. Wear you folk costumes, lederhosen, etc. We are looking for someone to play the alpenhorn and/or accordion for music and dancing,
